Wild diet: Prefer fish such as Pilchards, Anchovies, Warehou, and Red cod, also cephalopods and occasionally crustaceans. They can consume 25% of their body weight in fish daily.

Feeding strategy: Although the average dive in search of fish is between 5-20m, the deepest has been measured of 72m- and the longest dive recorded at around 2mins.

Wild weight ranges: 1.2kg (male) 1kg (female)
