Wild diet: Seeds, fruit and animal food, mainly insects, also worms & small reptiles. Plant food includes small berries of Lantana camara and Deeringia amaranthoides, larger berries of Passion fruit Passiflora foetida and Manilkara to larger fruits of figs Ficus Sp, Morus sp. and pawpaw, and seeds of Sterculia foetida. Insects include caterpillars, ants, termites, dragonflies and grasshoppers.
Wild weight ranges: 94-116g
